This Refund Policy has been devised to define the situations under which Affluent IT Services Private Limited ("AITS") will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund, and our responsibilities in such circumstances. By engaging our services, you accept and agree with all terms outlined in this policy.
1. Our Commitment
At AITS, we take every project seriously with the final product in mind. We believe that every effort should be made to reach a mutually acceptable solution in case of any dissatisfaction. Only when all avenues for resolution have been exhausted should a refund be considered.
If you are dissatisfied, we request that you first write to us at info@aits.ooo for a final dialogue prior to requesting a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility by Service
Website Development & Web Applications
- Full Refund: If the project has not been started or if the initial design concept has not been approved by the client.
- Partial Refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per the agreed scope after the initial design approval. The refund will be proportional to the work remaining.
- No Refund: If the project has been completed and deployed to the server.
UI/UX & Graphic Design
- Full Refund: If no design work has been initiated or the initial design style has not been approved.
- Partial Refund: Proportional to the work completed if delivery fails after design approval.
- No Refund: Once the final design deliverables have been handed over.
Mobile App Development
- Full Refund: If development has not been initiated.
- Partial Refund: Based on the proportion of milestones completed vs. remaining.
- No Refund: After the app has been published to stores or source code delivered.
Digital Marketing & SEO
- No Refund: For services already rendered during the billing period.
- Proportionate Refund: For prepaid periods where services have not yet been delivered.
Dedicated Hiring / Offshore Staffing
- Full Refund: If the assigned resource has not started work.
- Proportionate Refund: Based on the amount of work done until cancellation.
- No Refund: For time and services already provided.
3. Conditions & Limitations
- A project is not considered void unless all agreed-upon payments are cleared.
- Refund policy does not apply if project delays are caused by the client's failure to provide required information or feedback in a timely manner.
- If incomplete information is provided at project initiation, AITS is not liable for delivery or refund commitments.
- There is no provision for compensation for delivery delays unless a specific penalty clause is included in a signed agreement.
- AITS's liability is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project as defined in the proposal.
4. Refund Processing
- Full Refunds: Processed within 50 working days of the cancellation date.
- Partial Refunds: Processed within 180 working days of the cancellation date.
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment agreed upon at the start of the project.

6. Changes to This Policy
AITS may amend this policy at any time without prior notice. You are requested to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
